After registering, you should automatically be prompted to link Generated Notion Forms to your Notion workspace. If this does not happen, you can manually link to your Notion account under ‘Home’.

Step by step instructions

1. register with Generated Notion Forms
2. after registration you should be automatically prompted to give Generated Notion Forms access to your Notion databases
3. select the pages you want Generated Notion Forms to have access to
4. after that you will be redirected back, wait here until you see a readable page
